This raises the need for quick and high-quality amendments to the software that provides services to insurers and insured. Three types of knowledge are required to ensure the quality of software: Business and legal knowledge, information technology (IT) knowledge and practical experience in working with the information system. Based on their action plan, jobseekers must each month submit an activity report on measures they have taken to get a job, for example, if they have completed the mandatory activities and what jobs they have applied for. Most jobseekers comply with the stipulated demands, leaving no reason for the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen – OSS) to take any further action. Reviewing all these reports manually would therefore not be cost effective.

The Social Security Institution (Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu – SGK) of Türkiye pays pensions to approximately 16 million people every month. There are different types of insurance within the scope of the current law in our country. Payments to retirees are made on different days of the month (1st group on 17-26 of each month, 2nd group on 26-28 of each month, 3rd group on 1-5 of each month). Inappropriate payments frequently occur due to death-related reasons. The aim of this project is to reduce inappropriate payments and increase efficiency in payments.
