As an increasing number of countries are lifting the restrictions imposed as consequence of the COVID-19, social security institutions are defining strategies to adapt their services and internal organization to this process. They need to implement transitional measures and prepare the gradual return to regular operations, while ensuring the safety of staff and customers. Institutions are taking stock of the lessons learnt during the last months in order to define their strategies for the upcoming period.

This webinar will discuss institutional strategies and approaches during the relaxation of restrictions. It will examine the following issues:

  • What are the institutional priorities to be implemented for the relaxation of restrictions period?
  • Which face-to-face user services could be reactivated first, and how will they be adapted to the context?
  • What are the approaches regarding internal organisation and human resources management?
  • Which practices introduced during the period of restrictions in terms of client services and internal organization could be adopted on a permanent basis?
