The idea of setting up self-service areas in Pension Fund of Morocco (Caisse marocaine des retraites – CMR) receptions stems from a desire to offer users open access to the CMR’s digital services, while ensuring reception and orientation staff are on hand to provide support and guidance in their use.

This type of space offers a range of digital services, enabling users, for example, to access their data, monitor the status of their files, and editing or uploading requested documents.
