The 2nd German conference on current air quality issues in aircraft cabins will take place at the head quarter of the German Social Accident Insurance Institution for Transport and Traffic (BG Verkehr) in Hamburg on the 25th of March in 2014.
This event will bring together representatives from politics, the government, airline industry, aircraft manufacturers, related enterprises, employees and administration to discuss the following topics:
- Pooling of reporting and evaluation of fume event notifications
- Establishment of uniform criteria for medical exams of the cabin staff after fume events
- Cause analysis and potential preventive steps of fume events
