The Seminar will address matters related to citizen services and will focus on approaches to improve customer interaction as well as the corresponding information processing issues. The overall goal is to discuss experiences and trends in developing a citizen-centred social security strategy.
The Seminar is aimed particularly at chief executives, chief operations officers, chief information officers, and ICT and customer services experts from ISSA member organizations.
The Technical Seminar is open to ISSA member organizations and invited participants only.
The working languages of the Seminar will be Arabic, English and French.
