An ISSA Technical Seminar on Administrative and Operational Efficiency in Social Security will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, 18-19 June 2012. The Seminar will be hosted by the Social Security Organization (PERKESO) in Malaysia.

Scope of the Seminar

As you are aware, one of the key challenges for all social security organizations is to deliver the right social security benefits and services to the right people at the right time with minimum costs and high service quality and to realize these objectives it is essential that every effort is made to achieve a high standard of administrative and operational efficiency. Identifying and promoting the factors that enable ISSA member organizations to attain these goals is at the core of the Association’s mandate and this Technical Seminar is intended to provide a platform for a frank exchange of experiences that will permit the identification of good practices implemented in this field by social security schemes in South East Asia.
