Description
The training course on the ISSA Guidelines on Service Quality aims to assist social security institutions to improve service performance in their day-to-day actions and business processes. Participants will be provided with a sound framework that brings together the main considerations on service quality in social security administration. Service quality is evidence of the efficiency and effectiveness of social security delivery, leading to a greater trust and confidence in the social security system and better outcomes.
Who can participate
This course is designed for social security professionals from ISSA member institutions. In particular, participants should hold positions directly related to the management of social security services.
How many people can participate
Each training course has places for up to 25 participants from ISSA member institutions.
How to apply for the training course
Applicants should submit their registration no later than 5 April 2019, supported by a letter from their sponsoring institution, indicating to assume the costs of the participant.

Cost of participation
The participation fees at the diploma programs is USD 1,600 per participant (note that group discounts are available). The fee includes 50 hours of training divided between online and in-class training sessions (Arabic language), tuition fees, certificate of attendance from the ISSA & the Muhanna Foundation, training material, coffee breaks and lunch and a guided tour around the city. Travel, visa and accommodation are excluded.
The diploma training programme
The ISSA Academy diploma programme offers high-level training on the ISSA Guidelines for social security professionals. Each training course combines on-line assignments and on-site training on a specific set of ISSA Guidelines. The training courses are provided by members of the ISSA Training Consortium.
