The ISSA Regional Social Security Forum for Africa will take place in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, from 30 June to 2 July 2020, at the invitation of the Social Insurance Institute - National Social Insurance Fund of Côte d’Ivoire.
The triennial Forum is the most important social security event in the region. It will provide a key platform for CEOs and senior managers of ISSA member institutions to share information and discuss the most important regional social security challenges and innovative solutions in Africa.
A highlight of the Forum will be the ISSA Good Practice Award for Africa recognizing exemplary accomplishment by social security organizations in the region. If you have developed good practices in social security administration, you are strongly encouraged to submit an entry. This is a unique chance to gain international recognition for your institution.
The Forum is open to delegates of ISSA member organizations and invited institutions. There is no registration fee for ISSA members. Participants are responsible for their travel and accommodation costs. Representatives of non-member institutions are requested to contact the ISSA General Secretariat for the terms and conditions of participation.
The working languages will be English and French. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in these two languages and in Portuguese.
