Guideline 31. Developing public messages about the social costs of error, evasion and fraud

The institution sets up specific communication plans focused on the consequences of error, evasion and fraud.

The communication plan includes should integrate the implemented system of sanctions in cases of fraud. Sanctions should be proportionate, dissuasive and communicated to the various stakeholders.
