Good Governance - Guideline 14. Code of conduct
The board establishes a code of conduct for itself, the management and staff to promote ethical behaviour across the institution. It is grounded on the principles of transparency and accountability, establishes the rules for professional and personal conduct, and promotes a core set of corporate values such as integrity, excellence and respect for individual rights regardless of gender, race or creed.
