To be customer-centric, the institution continuously develops its understanding of client expectations, needs and requirements. Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and Internet- and Web-based technologies enable the delivery of many social security services at lower cost and higher client convenience. Certain types of services may best be delivered by other conventional methods.
