The HR unit uses technology applications to reboot human resource management (HRM) from end-to-end. By using technology to automate routine repetitive processes, the HR unit pivots HRM to an employee-centric approach, with clear goals and outcomes on employee experience, engagement, performance, retention, growth and development. Using technology applications on the assessment of staff performance and potentials enable informed decisions on the strategic deployment of staff. Over time, the HR unit develops an employee brand that makes the institution a magnet for talent.
