Digital technologies will transform entire work streams that will, in turn, support a data-driven client-centric culture. A vendor strategy is established to enable the institution to acquire the right software and technical solutions at minimum cost. The strategy ensures transparency and accountability and enables the institution to derive value-for-money service from the winning vendors.
