Human Resource Management in Social Security Administration -
Guideline 16. Benefit, rewards, and recognition

The board establishes a policy on employee compensation, non-monetary incentives, rewards and recognition to acknowledge the exemplary performance of staff. The policy is applied equally, transparently and without favour to any employee, and does not discriminate against race, age, gender and gender identity, ethnicity, religion, disability and other characteristics. Investing in people to promote their professional growth and development as well as working in an institution that is recognized for service excellence in public service are intangible rewards that reinforce job satisfaction and minimize turnover rates especially of top performers.
