The International Social Security Association (ISSA) organized a multimedia campaign in connection with the recent World Social Security Forum (WSSF), which attracted 143 contributions from 52 social security organizations in 40 countries. All entries are accessible on an interactive map on the ISSA website.
Promoting the crucial role and value of social security is one of the key missions of the ISSA internationally, as is to demonstrate the importance of institutional capacities for reaching social security objectives. All ISSA member institutions work to promote social security in their countries, and the ISSA Social Security Multimedia Campaign was organized to collect and showcase examples of how institutions contribute to building a social security culture, and promote resilient and inclusive societies.
“I would like to thank all ISSA member institutions that participated in this first ever global multimedia campaign for social security institutions. These contributions have showcased the creativity of social security institutions and their impact on citizens and societies”, said ISSA Secretary General Marcelo Abi-Ramia Caetano.
The 143 contributions from 52 social security organizations in 40 countries, attracted considerable attention at the World Social Security Forum organized in Marrakech, Morocco in October 2022. Most of the contributions were in the form of promotional videos, but also included photos, brochures and online promotion.
