Over 460 social security leaders, experts and professionals gathered for the Regional Social Security Forum for the America (RSSF Americas) in San José, Costa Rica. The knowledge shared and discussions held there will help bring improvements in social security on the continent in the years to come.

On the occasion of the World Day for Safety and Health at Work on 28 April, the International Social Security Association (ISSA) wants to pay tribute to all the courageous health workers who risk their lives to save others during the global COVID-19 pandemic.

On the closing day of the World Social Security Forum (WSSF), the International Social Security Association (ISSA) presented its Award for Outstanding Achievements in Social Security to the Government of Rwanda.
