The International Social Security Association (ISSA) today launched new ground-breaking Guidelines on Human Resource Management and on Continuity and Resilience of Social Security Services and Systems. In addition, five sets of ISSA Guidelines have been revised and updated.
During the 2020–2022 triennium, the ISSA Technical Commission on Mutual Benefit Societies (TC Mutual) has focused on the evolving needs of an ageing population, social security coverage in a changing world, and the role of social security in promoting inclusive growth and social cohesion.
The 2020-2022 ISSA triennium has been a highly productive one for the Technical Commission on Organization, Management and Innovation (TC Management), in particular in preparing new and revised ISSA Guidelines on key topics in social security administration.
A new report by the International Social Security Association (ISSA) outlines the increasing cyber risks for social security institutions, and presents potential mediating strategies and measures. The report will inform the production of new ISSA Guidelines on Cybersecurity.
