The Regional Social Security Forum for Europe was held in Istanbul, Turkey, from 28 to 30 May 2013. The Forum was organized by the ISSA and hosted by the Social Security Institution of Turkey.

The Forum brought together social security administrators, policy-makers, researchers and representatives of international and regional organizations. It offered an opportunity to discuss the way forward and the role of dynamic social security in Europe and was an important milestone towards the World Social Security Forum, which will be held in Doha, Qatar, in November 2013.
