The International Section on Prevention in Transportation of the ISSA, together with its member, the BG Verkehr, has produced a Purchasing guide for company vehicles in English.
It is not easy for the person responsible for purchasing vehicles to select the ideal vehicle from the enormous range of offers. In addition to economic aspects the general fiscal conditions and environmental requirements, which need to be considered, this guide particularly draws the attention to the issues of occupational safety and health protection in and around motor vehicles and trailers. It includes valuable tips, best practice examples and assistance in making decisions.
