VssID – Digital Social Insurance: Vietnam Social Security’s Mobile Application

VssID – Digital Social Insurance is a digital ecosystem transformation to serve its members. This is a convenient service on smartphone, with many features, that meet the demands of the participants and beneficiaries of social insurance (SI), health insurance (HI) and unemployment insurance (UI) policies by the flexibility of providing essential information.

With the VssID app, users can:

• review their contribution history for SI, HI and UI; the information on SI benefits;
  the history of HI service covered;
• use HI card on the app for HI services;
• view the online public services of Vietnam Social Security (VSS);
• look up SI code, social security offices, SI and HI collection agencies; health care providers; SI participants;
• and other services.
