This Seminar, hosted by National Social Security Fund (CNSS) of Guinea, is being organized by the ISSA Liaison Office for West Africa.

The main objective of this Seminar is to provide an opportunity for social security organizations in West Africa to share experiences, good practices and information on reforms underway in this challenging field of contribution collection.

The Seminar will focus on the following issues:

• Legislative and regulatory rules related to the collection of social security contributions;
• The mechanisms adopted to collect contributions;
• Role of Information, Communication and Technology (ICT);
• Innovative ways of diversifying sources of financing (investments).
