In order to optimize the virtual IT infrastructure, the Coordination of Research into Quality and Quality Assurance has developed an e-Learning Distance Training Methodology System for IMSS Managers, with psycho-pedagogical support that guarantees extensive learning through the didactic sequence of training events and the use of learning channels (visual, auditory, for participating managers, kinaesthetic) to assist managers in their learning.
