Integrated service delivery

Implementation year
2011

Integrated service delivery has resulted in improved outcomes for Australians and more efficient and accessible services in a coordinated and simplified way. This has minimized the need for customers to repeat their story and improved the outcomes for individuals as their needs are considered in the services they are offered.

Australians are experiencing more efficient delivery of Australian Government services through one-stop-shops, self-service and intensive support based on their individual circumstances. Citizens are able to choose how they interact with the Government to get the support they need, when they need it.

Integrated service delivery enables more intensive support to the most vulnerable people in the community. It also delivers location-based initiatives and improved health and welfare assistance to those in disadvantaged areas.
