Social security organizations are currently poorly rated online on search engines like Google or on employer assessment platforms. This is the case in many countries.

These poor ratings give the image of a degraded public service and can have repercussions on the recruitment process for new employees.

The aim of this experimental project, led by URSSAF Languedoc-Roussillon in France, is to set up a system to improve the e-reputation of social security organizations. It is based on a review management system and monitoring.

Extending social security coverage to people who do not have it is a priority. This concerns people falling outside the social security systems in many countries. In France, the problem also involves people not claiming the benefits to which they are entitled. This is what is known as the non-take-up of benefits.

Unclaimed social benefits undermines the effectiveness of public policy, equal access to rights for everyone and the fight against poverty.

This helps in process planning, taking into account each of the inputs, outputs and needs. It also helps to standardize the execution of the activities involved, check whether what we are doing is in line with what was planned and implement the necessary improvements in a timely manner.

This study resulted in the definition of the INTEROPS standard in 2008. In principle, this standard is based on trust between the bodies. It is intended for officials working for the bodies and offers a secure system of extension of access and authorization rights and guarantees traceability. It is available in two forms of communication:

Social security organizations are currently poorly rated online on search engines like Google or on employer assessment platforms. This is the case in many countries.

These poor ratings give the image of a degraded public service and can have repercussions on the recruitment process for new employees.

The aim of this experimental project, led by URSSAF Languedoc-Roussillon in France, is to set up a system to improve the e-reputation of social security organizations. It is based on a review management system and monitoring.
