Following the kickoff of the webinar series on Artificial Intelligence (AI), this webinar will dive into AI applications in health care, presenting how institutions have implemented applications to improve service delivery and support internal functions.

Artificial Intelligence applications in health care have been used in different dimensions, to support institutions in improving the quality of health services, help identify potential risks in patients as well as support internal operations to facilitate claim management processes.

This webinar will look at how AI solutions have helped medical staff identify potential risks in patients, both through solutions that use structured data processing that alert hospital staff, as well as the use of image recognition to detect respiratory illnesses. The webinar will also look at how AI supports health institutions’ claims management administration, streamlining processes that usually require manual evaluation from scarce medical resources.

The webinar will provide details on the business cases for the use of AI applications in health care, as well as share open-source tools available for social security institutions.
