As part of the webinar series on Artificial Intelligence (AI), this webinar will dive into how AI tools can enhance decision-making in social protection.

Artificial Intelligence can significantly enhance tools for decision-making in various ways. It can leverage new techniques to categorize, group, and cluster groups of individuals. This can provide insight based on identified patterns that would not otherwise be easily detected. Finally, it can visualize results to understand findings and identify potential courses of action to improve social security capacity and services.

Over the past few years, many AI tools have significantly improved speed and accuracy by leveraging Big Data. They can further support better and more insightful decision-making by institutions, reduce human errors and potential biases. In turn, such decision-making mechanisms must be reliable and provide the means for the accountable staff to make the right decisions.

This webinar will discuss how social security institutions are taking advantage of AI tools, and how these improve institution’s capacity, supporting their staff in enhanced decision-making and provide better services.
